AYCO’s first fundraising event Building Roots was a very successful night. More than 120 community leaders, elected officials and members of community foundations supported our Dream Center campaign. We raised $32,000 at the fundraiser.

Kayse Jama, Oregon State Senator along with Sunshine Dixson hosted the event with AYCO staff, Anwar. City Commissioner Joan Hardesty was also in attendance and showed support. REACH CDC CEO Daniel Valloere supported and was the person asked to donate.

Where we are at:

• More than $1.9 Million dollars has been committed to the project.
• An additional $1.2 Million is Pending from other foundations.
• To be raised: $2.2 million to complete the Dream Center.
