Executive Director Jamal joins local community leaders to announce the grand opening of  REACH CDC’s Dartmouth Crossing housing development where AYCO’s new Washington County office will  be located.

On June 4th, AYCO proudly joined REACH CEO Margaret Salazar, Washington County Chair Kathryn Harrington, Tigard Mayor Heidi Lueb, and US Bank’s Jonathan Brown for a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking this exciting milestone. Our new office space at Dartmouth Crossing allows us to be even more accessible to the community we serve and to further our mission of empowering and uplifting immigrant and refugee families.

Dartmouth Crossing North is a new housing development offering affordable studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes for households earning between 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income. AYCO’s presence on-site strengthens REACH’s broader vision of building vibrant, supportive communities.

The celebration featured delicious Somali cuisine from Amaye International Restaurant and a vibrant live Dhaanto performance by dancers from our community.
